Administration Assistant Required

Job Description : Ruppenthal UK part of the world renowned gemstone company in Idar Oberstein are looking for a part time Administration Assistant for their new office opening in Hatton Garden on 2nd October 2017.

Reporting to and working alongside the Office Manager the successful candidate will have the following skills and abilities;-

Confident and be able to communicate effectively with excellent customer service skills

Proficient IT and Computer Skills, E-commerce and E-marketing experience an advantage

Accurate at recording information with great attention to detail

A passion for gemstones, although gemmological experience or qualifications are not essential

The role will include;-

Providing first class customer service by e-mail, telephone and in person for all wholesale customers in regards to orders, shipping, returns, repairs

Data entry and maintaining customer records

Assist with the weekly, monthly and seasonal reporting on inbound and outbound deliveries, including invoicing

Assist with marketing campaigns and other administrative duties as required. As this is a small team there will be times when you will be expected to work on projects that fall outside your normal role

Minimum 16 hours a week between 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Remuneration will be dependent on experience and abilities.
