The National Association of Jewellers is a trade association that any jewellery business or organisation servicing the jewellery industry should be engaged with. Our Coat of Arms is a Mark of Quality that our members will proudly display to build an enduring bond of trust with their customers. NAJ membership is the mark of professionalism for retailers, trade members, service providers and designers.
As a unified voice for the Jewellery industry, we listen to the views of our members and provide representation for all of the jewellery supply chain.
As a professional membership body all our members are asked to abide by a Code of Principles relating to professionalism, honesty and ethical business practices. We believe training is pre-requisite to professionalism, we therefore offer comprehensive training and mentoring opportunities.
Both of these elements help to increase consumer confidence in the purchase of jewellery, one of the most important deliverables for the association.
We also offer support for members to grow their businesses in the UK and abroad, through tailored benefits and services
