Workshop Employee of the Year

This award recognises the outstanding skills demonstrated by individuals who work in the workshop environment.

Eligibility:  To be eligible for entry you must be a workshop employee or be nominating a member of staff within your workshop, individual craftsman or apprentice who has demonstrated tenacity alongside exceptional skills. You can either nominate your employees or encourage them to put themselves forward. We are looking for the hidden gems of the industry employed at NAJ member businesses. More than one employee may enter for each business.

Submission Process:  Please respond to each of the questions which will be reviewed by a panel of judges.  The shortlisted entries will receive a visit from an NAJ representative. The visit will enable us to interview your Workshop Star and see how they have contributed positively to your business and the trade at large.

On submission you agree to the terms and conditions of the NAJ Awards -   NAJ Awards 2017 - General Terms & Conditions

  1. Questions: Please note all answers may only relate to July 2016 - June 2017.
