Modules

Managing Me
Understanding your role, dealing with stress and effective time management.

Managing Performance
How to manage your team’s performance; including appraisal techniques and handling tough interviews.

Developing Others
Developing your team. The Effective Training Sessions unit provides guidance for structuring excellent in-store training. The second unit focuses on the vital skill of coaching which will help your team succeed.

Getting the Right People
This module will help you to recruit and select the right staff. It introduces key resources and approaches to planning, preparing and carrying out successful interviews.

Leadership
By listening and communicating effectively with your team, you will be able to motivate them successfully.

Customer Care
Managing the most important person in the company - your customer. Review and implement quality improvement points within your organisation.

 

 

Progression

The JET Professional Jewellers’ Management Diploma is part of a suite of four qualifications and this leads nicely on from the JET Professional Jewellers’ Diploma. Graduates are encouraged to apply for Personal Associate Membership which offers many benefits, including the use of P.J. Dip. after their name.
