Gem-A (The Gemmological Association of Great Britain) is pleased to announce that Jewelry Television (JTV) will support its annual Conference as Platinum Sponsor.

The two-day event, which will take place in London on November 3-4, 2018, welcomes the world’s leading gemmologists, mining specialists, geologists, jewellery collectors, and jewellery historians for a range of insightful talks and workshops, led by leaders in their prospective fields.

This year’s Gem-A Conference will also benefit from a new smartphone and tablet app, designed to guide visitors through speakers, special events, seminar topics and more. The app is free to download for iOS and Android devices both prior to and during the Conference.

JTV’s long-term support of Gem-A and its two-day Conference reinforces a professional friendship between the two organisations, which are united by a shared dedication to gemstone education and professionalism.

Speaking on the partnership, Gem-A CEO Alan Hart commented: “The continued support that JTV offers Gem-A is inspiring and highlights the importance of fostering accurate gemmological understanding for current, and future, practitioners of gemmology.
