Ben said “I’m excited to be joining the industry and NAJ at such a significant time in its development. Supporting Ben in the marcomms team, Greta Baker joins as Marketing Officer, starting on 21 January. Greta brings agency B2B experience to the NAJ team and will deliver campaigns and brand development initiatives working with the Association’s design agency. Her extensive experience in social media and SEO will transform NAJ’s perception in the digital sphere.

Greta said “It's an honour to be joining the Association team. NAJ is obviously a great organisation that is doing amazing work for the jewellery industry. I am so pleased to be a part of it and work alongside the NAJ staff and volunteers to the benefit of our members."

By expanding our team and bringing in new skills and experience, we are meeting the challenge set down by our members to keep them ‘fit for the future’ through our new strategic plan. Ben and Greta are the first of a number of new recruits as the NAJ team adapts to the rapidly changing environment for the UK jewellery sector.”

NAJ Chair Harriet Kelsall said of the changes “It’s important for the Association to recruit high quality staff to meet and exceed the expectations of our members and their customers. 2019 brings a new dawn for the NAJ, and we are excited that our team is ready to help us deliver our strategy.”
