NAJ Summit

NAJ Summit will be held at the Staverton Park Estate, Northampton on Saturday 11th, Sunday 12th and Monday 13th September 2021.

The Summit is home to the popular Retail Jewellers' Congress (hosted by the JET Business Network), long standing 3-day Valuers' Conference (hosted by the Institute of Registered Valuers), SecurityWise, Better Business and Created in the UK seminars.

A Valuers' Dinner takes place on the Saturday evening and a Gala dinner for all attendees at the weekend takes place on the Sunday evening.

The Summit will reflect the range of communities that make up this wonderful industry to both learn from one another and network together. The NAJ membership is made up of Retailers, Valuers, Designers, Manufacturers and Suppliers, all of which play a crucial role in making our industry fit for the future, and we’ve found time and time again when we get together, good things happen.

NAJ Vice Chair Harriet Kelsall

The Summit encapsulates 5 events across 1 weekend, aimed to bring the NAJ membership together to network and learn, in relaxed and comfortable surroundings.

Existing popular events which take place include the Retail Jewellers’ Congress hosted by the JET Business Network, the 3-day Valuers Conference hosted by the Institute of Registered Valuers and SecurityWise, a reshaped format of the former Security and Technology showcase. New events include Created in the UK; a seminar aimed at exploring creativity in the UK as well as celebrating British Jeweller Manufacturing, and a series of Better Business seminars addressing useful and practical topics under the NAJ Better Business Toolbox; people, planning, sales and marketing, product, money and operations.

Attendees are free to move from one event to the other, enabling you to set your own programme over your stay at the Summit. However, if you wish to attend any of the Valuers' Conference Workshop sessions, these must be booked in advance.

Th March summit sponsor In 1887 the eighteen-year-old son of a London Hatton Garden diamond merchant (our founder Tommy March) experienced a ‘eureka’ moment. He realised that the jewellery trade he’d come to know through his Father’s business, was largely uninsured. His idea blossomed to become the UK’s best known firm of jewellery trade specialist insurance brokers (“Famous for Insuring Jewellery”) TH March.
