For the period of the lockdown extension (3 weeks) the NAJ Education department are offering Members a £100 discount and non-members a £50 discount to support individuals looking to progress with their Jewellery Journey through the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, a decision which has been actioned following the high levels of engagement with the JET Essentials Programme. The discounts can't be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Marie Garnett, Head of Education said,

"The discounts offered are some of the most significant discounts we have offered in recent times. The demand for the free module on JET Essentials has been so strong with more than 500 registrations processed and this has led to enquiries for the JET Certificate. We want to support the industry as much as we can at this time, hence the levels of discount offered for members and non-members.

"It's fantastic to see the response to learning in times like this. The one question we keep receiving however is 'can I take this module while on furlough'? And the answer is yes, of course, as long as it is you (the learner) who has volunteered to do it!"

The Association’s free modules which have been most popular include Diamonds (108), Gemstones (100), Jewellery (92), design (81) and Selling and Customer care (42).

To benefit from the free JET Essentials module, members and non-members need to register their details, however to take advantage of the Certificate discount, members and non-members should complete the booking form (as normal) and enter ‘Jewellers-together’ in the discount/ promotional code field to achieve the lower fee. Once the form is returned to, the education team will then process the booking and apply the discount.
